GENERAL RULES FOR ACCOMMODATION AND STAY
Guests check in after 15:00 on the day of arrival. The cost of the booked stay is payable in advance, on the day of check-in, in BGN.
A damage deposit of 40BGN is required upon check-in. The damage deposit is refundable if none is found upon check-out.
CHECKING OUT OF THE ROOM
Check-out - until 12:00 on the day of departure. In case of non-check-out at the specified times, a charge of 50% of the accommodation will be due. If you wish to keep the room or extend your stay, please inform the reception staff. Please note that in case of late check-out or extended stay the room may be changed.
STAY
Please leave your key at the reception each time you check out of your room. You will be charged EUR 50 per key. It is not allowed to transfer property from the hotel (towels, blankets, sheets, pillows and other property) and use them on the beach. You can meet your friends and guests in the hotel's public areas. All payments of the service package are made in Bulgarian Lev (BGN).
MEALS Breakfast is served in the hotel's large restaurant from 8: 30 to 10: 30, lunch from 12: 30 to 14: 30, afternoon tea from 16: 00 to 17: 00 dinner from 18: 30 to 21: 00
FOOD AND BEVERAGES
Subject to compliance with sanitary and hygienic requirements, in accordance with the regulations of the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency, it is not allowed to bring and store perishable food in the hotel rooms. The right to exclude dietary and diabetic products, with the written consent of the Trustee. It is not allowed to cook food in the hotel rooms, as well as use household and electric heating equipment.
SMOKING AND ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
In accordance with local laws, the hotel has a no-smoking policy in all interior areas of the complex. For guests who do not comply with our policy, having a fine of 200 euros will be added to the room bill. Designated smoking areas are allocated within the hotel's outdoor areas. According to Bulgarian law, it is not available, alcohol is served to guests under the age of 18.

Guests wearing swimsuits are not allowed to enter the restaurant for meals. The hotel does not tolerate: unacceptable noise levels or guest behavior; arrogant behavior on the part of people who are obviously drunk or chaotic, which destroys or threatens to destroy the hotel property; violation of public order. If guests refuse to comply with the requirements, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and is not responsible for any refund or compensation.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
It is strictly forbidden to make noise, drink alcohol, listen to music on the territory from 23: 00 to 8: 00 and in the apartment. In addition, according to Bulgarian legislation, the complex must observe silence from 14: 00 to 16: 00 hours;
- It is forbidden to play football, roller skating, skateboard, trotinet, bicycle on the territory of the Argos Partez Hotel;
- It is forbidden to move glasses, dishes, food from restaurants;
- Do not enter the restaurant in swimsuits, wet clothes, or without outerwear;
- It is forbidden to import food, fruit and drinks in the pool;
- It is forbidden to use dishes/vessels in the pool area;
– Please smoke in designated areas;
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. 100 euro fine;
- It is forbidden to put bed linen and towels on the railings on the balconies.;
- It is forbidden to raise the noise after 23: 00 on the territory of the complex and in the apartments;

SECURITY AND SURVEILLANCE
The hotel is equipped with a video surveillance system that covers public areas. MAID SERVICE Housekeeping is available daily between 08: 00 and 16: 00. If the Do Not Disturb sign is installed before 15: 00, the room will be cleared the next day. If you need anything after 16: 00 hours, please ask at the reception.
LOST ITEMS
If any items are found, the property must contact the guest and send the lost item to the adept at the owner's expense. The administration of the complex is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen personal property, not declared and unclaimed within 30 / thirty / days.
COMPLAINTS, REFUNDS, AND DAMAGES
Every comment or complaint about the stay must be made at the front office or with the Complex Manager during the stay, so that the issue will be resolved immediately. The hotel reserves the right to charge guests for damages caused intentionally through negligence or negligence. If the damage is discovered after the guest has left, the hotel reserves the right to send an invoice for the amount due for repairs. The hotel is not responsible for the services provided by third parties to guests.
EMERGENCY SITUATIONS, FIRE SAFETY
